The most prolific meteor shower of the year is coming. Peak occurs on 14 - 15 Dec. We can see more meteors or shooting stars on dates closer to the peak. Please plan ahead as this celestial event is only an annual occurrence. Closest full moon date: 9 Dec Next New Moon date: 23 Dec

About the event
The Geminid meteor showers are a much awaited celestial spectacle that puts up a breathtaking spectacle year after year. At its peak you can see 100+ meteors an hour. The best dates to watch would be closest to the peak of 14, 15 December.
Schedule
3.00 PM: Arrival/Relax and enjoy the farm and take in the views.
3.15 PM: Solar Astronomy with special Hydrogen Alpha Telescope, Watch Solar activity that isnt possible to see with the naked eyes
4.00 PM: Interaction with Astronomer, understand how the sun works, our origin story and learn how to get started as a visual astronomer!
5.30 PM: Setting up tents followed by Tea and Snacks.
